Joining a Teams meeting via the MTR system

With the Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) system you can join a Teams meeting directly.

1. Tap the touchscreen or controller to activate the system.
2. Select Join for a scheduled meeting, or enter a meeting link.
3. The system automatically connects the room's camera, microphone and speaker.

Tips

• Make sure your meeting is visible in the Teams app or calendar.
• Want to use your own laptop? Connect the HDMI + USB cable.
